GENERAL INFO:

Within 24 hours prior to the show, you will receive an email with the meet & greet time and location. Many times due to travel, show line-up, and venue the artist availability info isn't provided until then. 

CONCERT TICKETS:

This is a ticketless VIP Upgrade. To attend the show and participate in the meet and greet, a separate general admission ticket must be purchased. There are not any tickets sent to you. Your receipt email with order number is your ticket. 

REFUND POLICY:

All sales of VIP tickets are final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.

Service fees for the VIP packages are non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
