TICKETS:

You will not receive physical ticket. Once you purchase your tickets online a confirmation receipt email will be sent to you. You can either print out your order confirmation ahead of time or check-in with the mobile copy.

REFUND POLICY:

All VIP Experience tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. Unless the show is cancelled. In that event, you will receive a refund minus service fees. Service fees for the VIP packages are non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
